Late check-outs should be arranged with the reception in advance.
No charges are levied for a maximum of two children less than 12 years of age sharing a room with their parents, provided that no extra bed is required.
Breakfast is compulsory for children between 4 to 12 years of age and is charged at THB 125 per child. Children less than 3 years of age are offered free breakfast.
For cancellations with less than eight days notice, no-shows or reductions in bookings, a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation charges will be levied.
There is a compulsory dinner on New Years Eve for all guests. The charges are:
- Adult: THB 1000
- Child between 4 to 12 years of age: THB 500
- Child under 3 years of age: free of charge.
