Late check-out should be arranged in advance by contacting the reception.
Children under 12 years of age, sharing a room with parents and without extra bedding or breakfast, are accommodated free of charge. Breakfast charges of for children THB 75 per child will be levied for children from 4 to 12 years of age.
A cot will be provided free of charge for children from 0 to 2 years of age on request.
For cancellations with less than three days notice, or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, a cancellation fee of one night's charges will be levied.
There is a compulsory dinner for all guests on New Year's Eve which is charged as follows:
- Adult-THB 500
- Child between 4 to 12 years of age-THB 250
- Child under 3 years of age-Free of charge.
