Policy on children staying with parents:
- Child under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge.
- Extra bed for children under 12 years old will be charged 800 Baht per night, inclusive of Breakfast.
- American Breakfast will be charged 200 Baht per day for children 5- under 12 years.
- Children under 05 years old, Breakfast is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Low Season
- Cancellation within 24 hours or less prior to arrival and No Show is 100% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellation within 48 hours or less prior to arrival is 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellation within 07 days or less prior to arrival is 1 night charge.
- Cancellation within 08 days and above is No Charge.
