PS House in the heart of Lamai is an older style guesthouse with great value fan and air conditioned rooms which are perfect for those on a budget. Rooms are clean and with a great range of facilities and just a short walk to Lamai Beach.

PS House, located approximately 100 metres boasts a great, central location with easy and immediate access to shops, restaurants, entertainment and more. The property itself has a small restaurant onsite with a basic food and drinks menu.

Guest rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable with the fan rooms presenting excellent value for money. All rooms are reasonably large and spacious with the comfort of television, fridge, safe and private bathroom with hot water shower.  Rooms open to a communal balcony or terrace which is the perfect way to meet fellow travellers and enjoy the fresh air.

PS House has a small restaurant onsite with a basic menu and selection of soft drinks and beer available. Staff are friendly and can point you in the right direction for all other needs. Within immediate proximity of PS House which is in the heart of Lamai just off Lamai Beach Road you have shops, restaurants, entertainment and more.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made with less than 4 days notice but more than 1 days notice prior to check-in date will be charged 50% of the booking value.
Cancellations with less than 1 days notice and no-show on the date of check-in will be charged 100% of the booking value.
