Rooms used between 12 pm and 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged an extra 50% of one night's accommodation charges.
Rooms occupied beyond 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged for one night's accommodation.
Between the 20 December to 31 March, rooms occupied between 12 pm and 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged for one extra night's accommodation.
No extra charges will be levied for one child, less than 12 years of age, when sharing the existing bedding with parents. Any additional children will be charged as extra persons.
No charges are levied for infants up to two years of age.
The maximum number of guests allowed in the Srivijaya Duplex Pool Access Villa and Srivijaya Deluxe Plunge Pool Villa are:
- Four adults, or
- Three adults and one child, or
- Two adults and two children, or
- Three adults, one child and one infant.
The maximum number of guests allowed in the Srivijaya Plunge Pool Villa, Srivijaya Pool Villa or Srivijaya Beachfront Pool Villa are:
- Two adults, or
- Two adults and one infant.
Cancellations with more than 22 days notice will receive a refund.
Cancellations with less than 22 days notice will be charged for one night.
No-shows will be charged the entire cost of booking.
There is a compulsory Gala Dinner for all guests on:
Christmas Eve, 24 December priced at THB 4,500 per adult and THB 2,250 per child.
New Years Eve, 31 December priced at THB 6,000 per adult and THB 3,000 THB per child.
