Rooms used between 12 noon and 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged 50% of one nights accommodation.
Rooms occupied beyond 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged for one night accommodation.
Between the period of 20 December - 31 March, rooms occupied between 12 noon and 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged for one nights accommodation.
A maximum of one child under the age of 12 years is free of charge when sharing the existing bedding with parents. Additional children are charged as extra person.
Infant up to 2 years of age is FOC.
Maximum guests allowed in Srivijaya Duplex Pool Access Villa and Srivijaya Deluxe Plunge Pool Villa is 4 adults, 3 adults + 1 child, 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child + 1 infant.
Maximum guests allowed in Srivijaya Plunge Pool Villa, Srivijaya Pool Villa, Srivijaya Beachfront Pool Villa: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 infant.
Cancellations with more than 22 days notice will receive a refund.
Cancellations with less than 22 days notice will be charged for one night.
No-shows will be charged the entire cost of booking.
There is a compulsory Gala Dinner for all guests on:
Christmas Eve, 24 December priced at 4500 THB for adult and 2250 THB for child.
New Years Eve, 31 December priced at 6000 THB for adult and 3000 THB for child.
